Returns and Refunds Policy

At Elegance Forge Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please read it carefully.

1. Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your order and return items for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive them (or from the last item in a multi-item order). 2. Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are damaged, used, or not in resalable condition due to customer actions. Personalized or hygiene items (e.g., underwear, socks) are non-returnable unless faulty.

3. Return Process:

   • Contact us within 14 days to request a return.
